Site Description:
The Brewster River is located in front of the Cambridge Elementary School. It is tree lined with a hill rising up on the eastern bank. About 12 years ago there was a major land slide a few hundred feet below where we monitor.

Physical Summary:
The day before we did the Physical assessment the river was roaring so the water was too high to allow the students to get in the water safely on the day we did the assessment. We did see small tributaries coming into the river across from us.
